o Identify a variety of strategies, methods and techniques for collecting and analysing relevant organizational data to support the design
o Experiment with a diagnostic model to apply to your own organisation in a client context
o Identify how to draw accurate, useful conclusions from the data in order to determine the appropriate OD interventions
DAY 2
Design tools and levels of intervention
o Examine each step required to complete a Design intervention from diagnosis to transition
o Incorporate the relevant skills needed for project planning and implementation
o Communicate clearly to leaders and other stakeholders involved and engaged in the design and implementation
Define and demystify organisation design
o Defining what is meant by Organisation Design
