Marwan Razzo has more than 23 years of experience in the Quality, Business Excellence & Performance profession. He is an ASQ CMQ/OE Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence, EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Certified Assessor, QMS Lead Auditor, Certified Excellence Assessor / Abu Dhabi Award Excellence Program, Certified Excellence Assessor / Dubai Sport Council & Certified Coach / RTA Dubai. Marwan is an authorised ASQ MENA Instructor and an active member in ASQ, EFQM, PEO (Professional Engineering of Ontario), Dubai Quality Group & Sheridan College Alumni in Canada and has been selected to participate in the International Team Excellence Award Judge, American Society for Quality, Wisconsin in 2013. Marwan is expert in developing, integrating and implementing efficient Management Systems such as TS 16949, QMS ISO 9001, HSMS OHSAS18001, EMS ISO14001 & SA8000 as well as in creating strategies that improve productivity & maximize product/service level. He is very experienced in the field of change management with extensive practice as project manager of Knowledge Management projects. His work experience includes roles in Customer Satisfaction surveying and Mystery Shopping as well as in development and implementation of Performance Measurement systems designed to monitor & report performance of different functions through a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). He is also experienced in auditing, evaluating processes, planning and recommending Corrective and Preventive Actions. Marwan has excellent knowledge of SPC, JIT, ISO/TS2, GD&T, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis, PFMEA, Process Capability Evaluation, Statistical Sampling, Control Plan KANBAN and KAIZEN. He is a Post Graduate in Quality Assurance for Manufacturing & Management in Canada and holds Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Marwan is working for KAPSARC/Aramco since January 2014 as Quality & Performance Manager, before that he has worked for 7 years as the Quality & Excellence Manager at RTA Roads & Transport Authority in Dubai where he delivered over 500 hours of intensive training in various Quality & Excellence aspects and held several quality positions in Canada for over 10 years in the auto industry sector with tier 1 companies to Ford, GM & Chrysler.
