Eng. Feras Mostafa is supply chain/operations professional with over 14 years of hands on experience in supply chain field. He graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC), Egypt in 2002 with a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering specialized in Industrial Engineering. In 2009, he became “Certified in production and Inventory management (CPIM) from APICS; one of the most respected Supply chain organizations worldwide. In Dec. 2015, he became a “Certified Master APICS instructor”, the highest APICS instructor ranking and he was the first Egyptian to be awarded such certification and one of the very few over the whole middle east. In addition to the strong specialized academic background, he has a diverse on hands experience in all supply chain disciplines after working in 5 big “fortune 500” multinational companies: Unilever, Mars, Shell, Kraft Foods (Mondelez) and currently in GlaxoSmithKline. He has strong experience in fields like: Production, production planning, demand management, procurement, Inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), master scheduling, performance measurements (KPIs), supplier management, continuous improvement, Lean and TPM, Warehousing, customs clearance, distribution, freight, project management, health safety and Environment (HSE), Outbound freight and distribution, Designing distribution networks, Fleet management, Inbound freight, Customs clearance, etc. In his career, he worked in different geographical areas: Europe, Africa and Middle East which allows him to work smoothly with diverse cultures. He also participated in big projects like starting up plants and warehouses from scratch, merging companies, transforming supply chains through lean/TPM/JIT implementation and implementing different ERP systems. Since 2012, Eng. Feras had taught in different organizations and APICS partners in Egypt and in the Middle East: American Chamber in Cairo, American University in Cairo, DEWA in Dubai, UAE. Currently he has over 600 hours of Supply Chain teaching to learners from diverse range of industries and backgrounds.

What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
