Dennis is an expert in the field of Facility Management, a Specialist in Executive Leadership, Building Systems & Design, Motivational Educator, Architect and Innovator. He is a skilled forensic architect preparing investigative reports to determine the root causes of building leaks, structural failure, and other system disruptions. His knowledge of construction, building materials, systems and historic building practices resolved many building failures due to poor design, lack of maintenance and/or acts of nature. He’s been active as a lecturer for close to 20 years, as an international speaker at worldwide conferences for close to 25 years and has been a principal Architect for more than 32 years, and he is currently teaching in 3 colleges. His experience in the field of Facility Management lecturing is extensive and he has delivered many lectures, trainings on FMP & SFP and speeches on the importance of this industry, as well as how it can develop into one of the most important ones. He has been a lecturer at Brookdale Community College, teaching the Facility Management Professional Certification and the Sustainable Facility Professional Certification for the International Facility Management Association. He was also the president of New Jersey IFMA 2015-2017; implemented Organizational Development Strategies to achieve double digit growth in size and income, and president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA, 750 members) 1987-1988 and Board Member for eight years where he utilized team building and engagement strategies that resulted in intra-professional collaborations.
