About The Mentor

Ayman Shokry is an innovative, customerfocused, continuous improvement, Supply Chain Professional. He has been a part of the logistics and supply chain management industry for the past 25 years, including 19 years in a managerial role in all facets of SCM including logistics, inventory control, warehouse management, procurement, contracts, distribution, fleet management, planning/scheduling and project management. Ayman holds an Honors BA in commerce from Alexandria University (Egypt) and a M.Sc. in logistics and international transportation from Arab Academy for Science & Technology and Maritime Transportation (AASTMT) – Egypt. In 2019, he obtained his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Engineering. Ayman’s professional designations & accreditation in Supply Chain Management include Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) and Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM), in addition to other certifications mentioned in his professional Curriculum Vitae. Ayman has designed, built and facilitated training courses in both English and Arabic in the above areas of supply chain and project management. His extensive experience has seen him in roles that have led to dramatic improvements in companies’ performance acrossthe supply chain. Ayman has accumulated wealth of management experience over the years of his career, he started his work career with a number of Multinational companies in diverse manufacturing and services which enabled him to widen his scope of exposure and allowed him the chance to deal with different cultures and different types of work environments. His current position is Managing Director for leading 3 rd party supply chain provider in Egypt, in addition, he’s freelance instructor and consultant in all supply chain facets in most of MENA countries formore than 11 years. Ayman has been an instructor at Arab Academy for Science & Technology and Maritime Transportation (AASTMT) – Egypt, American University in Cairo (AUC) and American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham) for over eight years, in addition to leading training companies in Arabian countries as well as being Supply Chain Management (SCM) Final Assessment proctor and assessor. He has delivered over 300 training seminars and workshops as part of continuous improvement implementations for learners from different industries including oil/gas service, chemicals, health care, retail, fertilizers, electricity & waters, real estate, cement, financial institutions, educational institutions, food, porcelain & sanitary wares, construction, automotive, telecommunication, steel, aluminum, air & maritime, land transport and government bodies. Throughout his work career, Dr. Shokry succeeded to keep himself abreast with the developments taking place in the global market in order to maintain an adequate level of experience in his job. Ayman has accumulated wealth of management experience over the years of his career as a practitioner and learning from various industries, cultures and client segments from Multi-National Corporations, Small Medium Enterprises and public sector. Ayman’s strengths lie in his ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand and meet their needs, and he particularly likes to ensure that what he recommends adds value to any business environment. One of Ayman's great passions is to be a life-long learner and consultant, always looking for opportunities to acquire knowledge; be that through formal education or leveraging the knowledge of others by engaging themin a conversation.

What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
