DAY 1
Systems thinking
o Identify a variety of strategies, methods and techniques for collecting and analysing relevant organizational data to support the design
o Experiment with a diagnostic model to apply to your own organisation in a client context
o Identify how to draw accurate, useful conclusions from the data in order to determine the appropriate OD interventions
DAY 2
Design tools and levels of intervention
o Examine each step required to complete a Design intervention from diagnosis to transition
o Incorporate the relevant skills needed for project planning and implementation
o Communicate clearly to leaders and other stakeholders involved and engaged in the design and implementation
Define and demystify organisation design
o Defining what is meant by Organisation Design
o Differentiating between Organisation Design, Organisation Development and Change Management
DAY 3
System models
o Describe different systems models that underpin organisation design work and how to choose which best suits your context
o Apply one of the models to case scenario
Organisation structures and organisation design in practice
o Examples of organisation structures
o The features, benefits and disadvantages of each structure
o Applying theory in case study practice

AR What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
AR Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.

AR What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
AR The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. AR The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
