Liam is a highly experienced and versatile leadership, management development, team and personal development professional. He believes learning should always be highly motivational, with fresh ideas and an involving approach that ensures people get the most from their learning experience. Liam brings over 25 years multi industry expertise, both as a leader and manager himself (within global organisations) and subsequently as a trainer, coach, developer and deliverer of effective blended learning programmes. This combination of experience brings a high level of credibility and gravitas to the learning process. Add this to his ability to build excellent rapport and develop relationships at all levels and you have a highly competent and effective training professional. Liam has a First-Class Honours Degree in HR and Business Management from Liverpool University, UK. He also speaks at conferences and seminars, and delivers training in the UK, Europe, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore and USA. Industry experience includes IT, Telecoms, Finance, Facilities Management, Retail, Leisure, Engineering, Manufacturing and Process Industries (oil, gas, electricity). His significant expertise enables him to deliver ‘real feel’ activity and discussion led training, with case studies and examples that ensure learning is engaging, memorable, relevant and readily transferable to the work place.
