The Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management
It is the highest (Advanced) level of CIPD qualification, aimed, as the title suggests, at senior people professionals operating at strategic level.
The Oakwood Program
Designed to cover the required content and assessment requirements of the qualification, the Oakwood program takes full account of the needs of senior people professionals working within the GCC region and beyond. The content covers a wide range of contemporary people management subject matter covered in tandem with consideration of business issues and challenges. This will include case studies with local relevance, and the input of guest speakers at various points in the program.
This prestigious qualification is set at Post-graduate level. It is the most widely recognised professional qualification in the UK and internationally in the field of human resources. As such it is the gold standard CIPD qualification. It will enable you, on successful completion and depending on your experience, to upgrade your professional membership to Chartered Member (MCIPD) or even Chartered Fellow (FCIPD).

1. Work and Working Lives in a Changing Business Environment
2. People Management and Development strategies and Performance
3. Personal Effectiveness, Ethics and Business Acumen
4. Business Research in People Practice (this involves a research project)
5. Strategic Employment Relations
6. Strategic Reward Management
7. Resourcing and Talent Management to Sustain Success
8. Well-being at Work
* All subjects will be assessed by written assignment. There are no longer any examinations.

AR What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
AR Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.

AR LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. AR What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
AR The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or
AR What does the course fee cover?
AR The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
