This is a new qualification and replaces the previous Diploma in Learning and Development. The new qualification structure and content has been devised to meet the needs of modern learning and development professionals operating at management level and those of the organisations they represent. On successful completion, you will achieve Associate Membership of the CIPD.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for all those involved in the management and development of people. Currently there are more than 150,000 individual members, and achieving a qualification from the CIPD is now seen as a fundamental requirement for professionals in the fields of HR/HRP/HRM/HRD. Many organisations now view the CIPD Foundation Programmes as the International HR Passport

CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organizational Learning & Development
The Associate Diploma in People Management has seven units – these cover the full range of people management activities likely to be encountered by people professionals at management and strategic level. The units focus and/or examine:
Module 1
Unit 1 - ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND CULTURE IN PRACTICE:
The connections between organisational structure and the wider world of work in a commercial context. It highlights the factors and trends, including, that impact on business strategy and planning, the digital environment, the influence of culture, employee well-being and change.
Unit 2 - SUPPORTING SELF-DIRECTED AND SOCIAL LEARNING:
How individuals increasingly want to learn at their own pace, by their preferred method, and in a way that fits with their personal schedules and lifestyle. Moreover, effective organisational learning embraces formal and informal socialised activities, and the greater recognition of the benefits in driving performance through learning, means that learning and development professionals must facilitate approaches for those who learn in these ways..
Module 2
Unit 3 - PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOURS AND VALUING PEOPLE:
How applying core professional behaviours such as ethical practice, courage and inclusivity can build positive working relationships and support employee voice and well-being.
Unit 4 - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT DESIGN TO CREATE VALUE:
The relationship between the learning and development needs of individuals and organisational objectives. It focuses on the elements of theoretical and contextual learning design in facilitating impactful learning experiences that support performance and productivity.
Unit 5 - EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE:
The significance of capturing robust quantitative and qualitative evidence to inform meaningful insight to influence critical thinking. It focuses on analysing evidence through an ethical lens to improve decision-making and how the impact of people practice is essential in creating value.
Module 3
Unit 6 - FACILITATE PERSONALISED & PERFORMANCE FOCUSED LEARNING:
This unit focuses on the effective facilitation of learning activities that have an impact. This includes knowing how to prepare an impactful intervention, making effective use of pre-learning activities and personalisation to create learning that can be transferred back into the organisational context. In addition, it explores facilitation techniques, whether face-to-face or online, and the principles and ethics that underpin the delivery of an outstanding learning experience.
Unit 7 - LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT:
The fundamentals of learning and development, taking a closer look at the essential area of Leadership and Management and how this is critical in developing the right culture and behaviours to establish a working environment which is cohesive, diverse, innovative and high-performing.

AR What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
AR Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
AR Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
AR LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) 2. Project Management Institute PDUs 3. CISI credits 4. GARP credits 5. HRCI recertification credits 6. SHRM recertification credits
AR What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
AR The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
AR What does the course fee cover?
AR The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
AR Does LEORON give discounts?
AR Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
