نبذة عن الدورة التدريبية

CFM Exam Workshop
In one day, you will review the overall methodology of the exam and practice applying critical thinking skills to your FM knowledge, using sample questions in a simulated competency-based exam. Though not required to take the CFM Exam, this workshop is an excellent prep tool. When you’re ready to take the exam, submit your application and fee to IFMA.
*Materials offered by IFMA and its affiliates to prepare for the CFM Exam, such as the CFM Exam Prep Workshop and CFM practice exams, are optional study resources and are not a requirement of eligibility, nor are they endorsed by the IFMA Certification Commission.
CFM Knowledge Workshop
Over five days, you will review seven core competencies with the final day focusing on exam methodology and practice critical thinking skills. This workshop assumes that you have reasonable knowledge of the foundational competencies: Finance & Business, Leadership & Strategy, Project Management, and Operations & Maintenance. If you feel you need additional training in the four foundational competencies, we strongly recommend that you consider earning your FMP® first.
CFM – Credential, Exam & Eligibility Information
Validate your expertise with the Certified Facility Manager® (CFM®), which sets the industry standard for ensuring facilities management knowledge and measuring the competency of practicing FMs. Earning this internationally recognized credential is the hallmark of a committed facility professional who has demonstrated mastery by successfully completing a comprehensive assessment of the FM body of knowledge. CFM applicants take a competency-based exam that is proctored inperson or virtually. The exam has 180 multiple choice questions that emphasize the application of the concepts and principles of the FM body of knowledge, which is comprised of 11 core competencies of FM. You’ll have 4 hours to complete the exam, which is graded as pass or fail.
