HASSAN N. As a Chief HR Officer - & Senior Leadership Consultant, Hassan played a leading role in globalizing regional companies across the Middle East including the likes ARAMCO NMDC (a subsidiary of ADNOC) today the #3 Global Player in its industry. As a Director - Leadership Excellence & Learning at Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of the Dubai Holding group, he was also the Chairman for the Talent Management Committee for all Dubai Holding entities. Hassan has close to 30 years of experience within Human Resources Development, Organizational and Performance Management and Talent Management & Leadership with members of the Fortune 500 companies such as Pepsi Cola International, Barclays Bank, Ericsson, European Union, Aramco and Cadbury Schweppes. His experience includes projects such as formulation and mapping of human capital and management strategies with business objectives, workforce planning of up to 2,500 headcount, advising and managing leadership and executive development, building world class high performance cultures. HE has also led several M&A initiatives across the region, managed organizational change, streamlined business processes, policies and procedures, government relations, as well as senior executives acquisition and retention strategies. He established the European – Middle East Leadership Academy along with the European Union for the MENA region to plan, develop and deliver knowledge transfer programs and courses according to the agreed training package, certified programs or accredited/non-accredited courses to ensure course currency and that learning outcomes are consistently met. Adapt and customize content to meet project specific requirements, develop and apply innovative approaches to improve learners’ knowledge acquisition and application, work closely with the Knowledge Development to effectively manage the deployment of knowledge partner. Excellent knowledge of written & spoken Arabic and English as well as proven team player with strong understanding of the Learning Sector with a particular focus on adult learning and continuous education. Hassan lectures at the IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and has a reputation as an innovative and stimulating trainer enhancing manager and employee knowledge and skills.
